Job summary

A design-build general contractor is seeking a skilled carpenter with a minimum of three years of construction experience. The role involves reading blueprints, coordinating layout with supervisors, assembling various structures, and maintaining safety standards. Successful candidates will possess knowledge of carpentry techniques and tools. Employment includes benefits, an equal opportunity workspace, and potential overtime. Qualifications

• Three or more years of proven construction carpentry experience required.
• Current MSHA Certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Reads blueprints and sketches requirements.
• Coordinates construction layout with Superintendent/Foreman.
• Installs form work, places steel reinforcement, and finishes concrete as needed.
• Builds scaffolding and other construction structures.
• Inspects work sites for obstructions or holes.
