The General Assembly Technician will be responsible for the assembly of the body and all truck components. Essential duties include preparing work from orders and BOMs, positioning components, using hand/power tools,

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Experience reading blueprints or work orders preferred.
  • Ability to read a tape measure accurately.
  • Hands-on experience with tools, equipment, or machinery.

Responsibilities

  • Assemble body and truck components as per printed work orders and blueprints.
  • Position and secure components per print locations.
  • Fit and secure components using hand and power tools.
  • Verify specifications by measuring completed components.
  • Document actions by completing production and quality forms.
