Job summary

Accenture is seeking a skilled Blue Yonder WMS Lead to drive end-to-end workstreams within complex WMS implementations. You will bridge business requirements with technical design, configure and customize WMS components, and mentor junior team members across delivery milestones.

The role involves coordinating across functional and technical domains, ensuring designs translate into tested, documented solutions, and supporting SIT/UAT and go-live activities. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Blue Yonder WMS experience.
• 3+ years consulting or implementation in Supply Chain/Logistics.
• 2+ years leading WMS workstreams (functional/technical).
• 2+ years hands-on technical and functional WMS experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required (minimum 12 years work experience).

Responsibilities

• Lead functional or technical workstreams within Blue Yonder WMS implementation projects.
• Translate client requirements into BY WMS designs and configuration specifications.
• Configure and customize BY WMS components aligned with business and integration requirements.
• Coordinate with Delivery Leads to manage workstream timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Develop and review functional and technical specifications for modifications, interfaces, and reports.
• Provide guidance and support to junior consultants and client team members.
• Support system integration, SIT/UAT testing, and go-live activities.
• Author and review design documentation, functional specs, and procedural guides.
