Job summary

The Themesoft Inc. team in Austin seeks a skilled Blue Yonder TMS Functional Expert to lead the TMS configurations, EDI mappings, and partner onboarding processes. You will own end-to-end EDI operations and support production environments across order management, planning, and execution.

You will collaborate with business users and IT teams to optimize TMS/EDI integrations with ERP/WMS and trading partners, while guiding SIT/UAT/DITL testing and issue resolution.

Qualifications

• Must have strong Blue Yonder TMS functional expertise.
• Experience configuring routing guides, rate tables, business rules, carrier setup and user roles.
• Proficient in EDI transactions such as 204, 990, 214, 210, 810, 997/999.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Blue Yonder TMS SME for functional design and configuration.
• Own EDI transaction mapping, testing and end-to-end partner onboarding.
• Troubleshoot EDI failures across VAN, AS2, SFTP and API integrations.
• Lead SIT, UAT and DITL testing cycles and validate EDI acknowledgments/reconciliation.
• Manage defect triage, root-cause analysis, go-live and hypercare support.
• Provide L2/L3 support for TMS and EDI incidents within SLA.

Seeking a Blue Yonder TMS Functional Expert with strong expertise in Transportation Management Systems (TMS), EDI integrations, functional testing and production support. The candidate will act as the SME across TMS order management, planning, tendering, execution and freight audit/pay, while owning end-to-end EDI processes and trading partner integrations.

• EDI mapping, testing and troubleshooting

• SIT, UAT and Day-in-the-Life (DITL) testing
• L2/L3 production support and defect/root-cause analysis

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Blue Yonder TMS SME for functional design and configuration.
• Translate business requirements into TMS configurations and functional specifications.
• Own EDI transaction mapping, testing and end-to-end partner onboarding.
• Troubleshoot EDI failures across VAN, AS2, SFTP and API integrations.
• Lead SIT, UAT and DITL testing cycles and validate EDI acknowledgments/reconciliation.
• Manage defect triage, root-cause analysis, go-live and hypercare support.
• Provide L2/L3 support for TMS and EDI incidents within SLA.
• Monitor transaction queues and error logs and proactively address failures.
• Maintain functional design documents, configuration specifications and process flows.
• Drive automation and standardization to reduce manual exception handling.
• Act as the liaison between business users, IT teams and external trading partners.
