Job summary

Wesco is seeking an experienced Blue Yonder Functional Lead to drive end-to-end Demand Planning and Supply Planning within the Blue Yonder SCPO platform in Pittsburgh. You will act as the functional SME, partnering with stakeholders to optimize forecasting, inventory, replenishment, and supply planning to maximize business value.

The role requires leading requirements, design, testing, and change management with strong collaboration across Demand Planners, Supply Planners, Procurement, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 7 years required, 10 years preferred of experience managing interfaces (batch, realtime), Data processing, system analysis design, and operations.
• 3 years of supervising work of subordinate employees is preferred.
• Programming and systems analysis.
• Solid analytical skills - able to solve problems & interpret instructions in any form
• Project management expertise in planning and completing large and small projects
• Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Leadership ability as a creative, competent team builder.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional SME for Blue Yonder Demand Planning and Supply Planning solutions.
• Lead requirements gathering, solution design, and process optimization initiatives.
• Manage demand forecasting, forecast review, forecast accuracy improvement, and exception management processes.
• Support supply planning, inventory optimization, replenishment planning, and purchase planning activities.
• Partner with Demand Planners, Supply Planners, Procurement, Inventory Management, and Business teams to drive planning excellence
• Configure and validate planning policies, business rules, and planning parameters within Blue Yonder.
• Lead testing, UAT, training, deployment, and change management activities.
• Analyze planning performance metrics and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with IT and integration teams on Blue Yonder interfaces with Oracle ERP and other enterprise applications.

Compensation Details: $122,328 - $168,201 Annually

For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
