Job summary

The University of Texas at Austin is seeking an AHA BLS Provider Instructor to support the School of Nursing's training center. This in-person role teaches CPR and Basic Life Support to UT students and staff, following AHA guidelines and instructor manual.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old with some healthcare experience.
• Current BLS certification through AHA is required.

Responsibilities

• Attend UTSON BLS Instructor Candidate Training.
• Set up equipment, prepare classroom, and teach materials per AHA guidelines.
• Facilitate course agendas, manage a classroom, provide feedback, and administer exams.
• Maintain UT Box/OneDrive folders and update CPR spreadsheet.
