Job summary

Virtua Health in Berlin is seeking an educator to provide instruction to students, parents, and the community. The role emphasizes clear curriculum delivery, hands-on practice, and ongoing assessment to support skill acquisition.

The position requires an EMT license in NJ, eligibility to teach the curriculum, and strong organizational and communication abilities. This is a part-time, on-site per diem role with a competitive hourly rate of $40.50.

Qualifications

• Required Experience: Evidence of good organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in presentation techniques, good human relations skills, and knowledge of adult learning and group dynamics.
• Required Education: High School Graduate. Current EMT certification in the State of NJ and eligible to teach specified curriculum.
• Training / Certification / Licensure: Current EMT certification in the State of NJ and eligible to teach specified curriculum. Appropriate instructor certification.
