Drybar is seeking a dedicated Stylist in California to deliver our signature blowouts and outstanding guest experiences. You will work Thursday through Sunday, with flexible opening and closing shifts to meet business needs, and you will help guests select products, tools, and memberships that fit their routines.

Qualifications

: California Cosmetology License is required.
: Availability to work Thursday through Sunday is required.
: Flexibility to cover opening and closing shifts as needed.
: Strong blowout styling and finishing skills.

: Strong sales skills with ability to recommend products and memberships.
: Proactive attitude and willingness to support teammates.
: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

: Create our signature Drybar blowouts and styling services with skill and consistency.
: Deliver an exceptional guest experience from the moment guests walk in the door.
: Build relationships with guests and introduce products, tools, and memberships.
: Use styling expertise and sales skills to educate clients and upsell solutions.
: Help maintain a clean, organized, guest-ready shop with daily side work.
: Participate in team meetings and ongoing training to grow skills.
