Williamsburg Blow Bar in Brooklyn is seeking an experienced Blowout Stylist to join our boutique team part-time. You will perform professional blowouts, handle extensions, and tailor looks from smooth blowouts to soft waves.

Ideal candidates bring NY license, strong customer service and reliability, and comfort with various hair types. This role is commission-based with tips and requires Friday/Saturday availability.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current New York State cosmetology license.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual and professional in a fast-paced boutique setting.
• Experience with various hair types, textures and extensions is a plus.

Williamsburg Blow Bar is a boutique blowout and hair-wellness space in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. We specialize in professional blowouts, scalp-wellness services, healthy-hair treatments, gloss, smoothing and polished finishing.

We are looking for an experienced, friendly and reliable Blowout Stylist to join our team part-time. The ideal candidate is confident working with different hair types and textures and can create a range of looks, including smooth blowouts, soft waves, beach waves, big and bouncy styles and polished curls.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality blowouts and styling services
• Use hot tools confidently to create different finished looks
• Perform blowouts on clients with extensions
• Recommend appropriate treatments and products
• Maintain a clean, organized and professional station

Compensation

This is a commission-based position with tips. Earnings depend on services performed and bookings. The applicable New York minimum wage is guaranteed for all hours worked.
