Job summary

Drybar is seeking Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service and sales support at our South Carolina location. Typical shifts are Thursday through Saturday, 10am–4pm, with opportunities for flexible hours and career growth.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year experience in fast-paced retail or salon settings; POS experience is preferred. High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to multitask and stay professional under pressure is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years' experience in a fast paced, customer service centric environment.
• Previous experience with Point of Sale Systems strongly preferred
• Previous salon/spa experience preferred but not required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work at a sustained, fast pace
• Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Track record in providing over-the-top, amazing customer service!
• Ability to multitask with ease
• Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour long shifts
• Has the technical ability and skills to operate a point of sale system
• Problem solver - use logic and support resources to solve problems at the front desk
• Maintains professional demeanor under pressure
• Drybar follows all applicable federal, state and local laws regarding background checks

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to clients.
• Assist customers with product selection and promotions.
• Operate the POS system and process transactions.
• Maintain store appearance and product displays.
• Support in achieving sales targets and membership bonuses.
