You will install fiberglass or rock wool batt insulation in exterior walls and ceilings, operate specialized equipment, and keep work areas safe and organized.

Qualifications

• Experience in insulation or construction preferred; training provided.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and various environments.
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required.
• Strong work ethic, detail orientation and safety focus.

Responsibilities

• Install blown-in insulation in attics, walls, and ceilings according to specs.
• Operate and maintain insulation equipment safely and efficiently.
• Prepare job sites with materials, tools and safety barriers.
• Inspect completed work for coverage and quality standards.
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
• Follow safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
