Job summary

INDEVCO North America is seeking a skilled Production Helper to operate and monitor blown film extrusion equipment for high-quality film products. The role requires setup, monitoring, maintenance, and strict adherence to safety and quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, plus experience in blown film production and the WIN Work Ready Credential Level 2. The position is on-site with a day shift from 6:50am to 7:00pm.

Qualifications

Operate and monitor blown film extrusion machinery to meet production specs.
Set up, adjust, and control machine settings (temperature, speed, thickness).
Perform routine equipment checks and preventative maintenance.
Monitor product quality and make adjustments to maintain standards.
Troubleshoot defects and deviations from quality standards.
Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Maintain production records and complete required documentation.

Responsibilities

Operate blown film extrusion machinery to meet production specs and quality standards.
Monitor and adjust process parameters to ensure consistent film quality.
Record production data and report variances or equipment issues.
Perform routine checks and preventative maintenance.
