Job summary

Meadow Gold Dairy, a DFA farmer-owned brand, has an immediate opening for a Production Operator/Blowmold Operator. The role operates the Blow-mold machine in a busy production line and may assist other department functions as needed.

The candidate should be dependable, with good attendance and the ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team. Schedule shows Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, 5:00 PM to 3:30 AM (third shift).

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Must pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a wet environment.
• May have some exposure to dust, fumes and cleaning chemicals.
• Stand 10-12 hours per shift.
• Willing to work flexible hours including overtime, occasional weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate Blow-mold machine in a busy production environment.
• Be flexible to work in other functions within the department as needed.
• Follow instructions and think through various job functions.
• Represent Meadow Gold as part of a team and maintain good attendance.
