Job summary

T.G. Lee Dairy in Florida is seeking skilled machine operators to perform setup, breakdown and operation of equipment, while troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate issues.

You will process raw and finished materials in a fast-paced dairy production environment and ensure compliance with GMP and safety rules. This is a DFA farmer-owned brand with competitive pay and a schedule that includes weekends and overtime opportunities, plus benefits such as health care and retirement plans within

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must pass pre-employment screenings (drug, background, criminal).
• Able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must read, write and speak English.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and wet environment.
• Willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

T.G. Lee Dairy ha has immediate job openings for well-versed machine operators to perform an array of functions including maintaining, breaking down and setting up equipment and machinery, while troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate operating issues. Machine operators will be responsible for processing finished or raw materials, while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and communicating effectively with all departments and meeting daily deadlines.

SCHEDULE:

• Sundays, Wednesday, Thursdays - OFF
• Mondays, Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays -- 3:00 PM to 3:00 AM

RATE OF PAY:

• $21.50 per hour

• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimal
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to be able to work in a wet environment
• May have some exposure to dust, fumes and cleaning chemicals
• Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime as required, including weekends and holidays
