Purity Dairy, a DFA farmer-owned brand, has an opening for a blow mold machine operator in Nashville, TN. You will maintain, breakdown, and set up equipment, troubleshoot issues, and ensure GMP-compliant processing of materials to meet daily deadlines.

Qualified candidates should have a high school diploma or GED, be able to perform basic math, pass pre-employment screenings, and lift up to 50 lbs. The role offers full-time hours with benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measurement, using whole numbers, fractions and decimals.
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including drug, background and criminal checks.
• Must be able to push, pull, stand, walk, climb, crouch and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work in a wet environment.
• May have exposure to dust, fumes and cleaning chemicals.
• Willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Operate blow mold machine, maintain, break down and set up equipment, and troubleshoot basic to moderate issues.
• Process finished or raw materials following GMP and coordinate with departments to meet deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with all departments and uphold daily production targets.

1st Shift- Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm -Possible Saturdays

Purity Dairy has an immediate job opening for a well-versed Blow mold machine operator to perform an array of functions including maintaining, breaking down and setting up equipment and machinery, while troubleshooting and resolving basic to moderate operating issues. Machine operators will be responsible for processing finished or raw materials, while following Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and communicating effectively with all departments and meeting daily deadlines.

PAY RATE: $24.50 per hour

SCHEDULE: 1st Shift- Monday - Friday 6:00am-2:30pm -Possible Saturdays
