Job summary

Flambeau Sharon Center is seeking a 2nd shift Process Tech for blow molding support. Starting wage is $25.00-$28.00 per hour, with wage negotiable based on blow mold experience.

Responsibilities include preventive maintenance, tool setup, and maintaining molds and fixtures to support production. Qualified candidates have blow mold processing experience, strong mechanical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude for blow mold processing.
• Basic math, charting and quality documentation experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide mold and fixture preventive maintenance.
• Set up/test and document new tools/materials for production.
• Maintain fixtures and secondary equipment in working order.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot secondary equipment problems.
• Operate with safe practices and uphold cleanliness and organization.
• Record mold data, maintain mold records and ensure quality.
• Collaborate with teammates and communicate variances to supervision.
