Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive and cooperative attitude with coworkers, customers, and suppliers.
• Learn and apply quality and production standards to parts you work on.
• Log all rejects and track production counts.
• Ensure customer quality expectations are met and good parts are not discarded.
• Assist with on-the-job training of new associates in methods, paperwork, and safety.
• Follow IATF16949 quality procedures in Injection Molding production.
• Maintain a clean work area and perform required cleanup tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
