Job summary

Cream O Land is seeking a Blow Mold Operator to run plastic blow molding machines in a fast-paced Miami facility. You will ensure safe, efficient production and high-quality containers while adhering to GMP and PPE requirements.

This role requires 1+ year of relevant machine operation experience, High School diploma, and the ability to work the 3rd shift with overtime on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Experience operating blow mold or plastic extrusion equipment.
• Strong communication and ability to complete paperwork legibly.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Attention to safety standards and PPE protocols.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate plastic blow molding machines and follow safety protocols.
• Monitor lines for damaged bottles and adjust as needed.
• Train others on blow mold operation and document results.
• Troubleshoot minor equipment issues and document performance data.
• Maintain clean, safe work area and ensure GMP adherence.
