Job summary

Maola Local Dairies is seeking a Blow Mold Operator Flex in Newport News, VA to support production by setting up, adjusting, cleaning and operating blow mold equipment. The role requires lifting and weight checks, plus reporting and troubleshooting as needed.

You will work on a flex shift, with overtime, weekends and holidays expected. Maola offers competitive pay and a robust benefits package to new hires.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Overtime, weekends and holidays availability.

Responsibilities

• Set up, adjust, clean and operate blow mold equipment.
• Perform hourly weight checks and document results.
• Monitor Alpine, clear jams and notify material handler when full.
• Operate bailer and make bails when full.
• Maintain safety procedures and GMP compliance.
• Record documentation and assist maintenance as needed.
