Job summary

Maola Local Dairies is seeking a Blow Mold Operator for the 3rd shift in Newport News, VA. The role runs 8:00pm–4:30am, with overtime on weekends and holidays. Pay is $24.00 per hour, and benefits are available from the first month.

This position supports production by setting up and operating blow mold equipment, with daily weight checks and maintenance of the line. The job requires maintaining a clean work area, performing hourly weight checks, and coordinating with the lead/supervisor on

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or international education equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains clean work area and equipment.
• Checks bottles for proper weights and records hourly weight checks.
• Monitors Alpine; clears jams and notifies material handler when full.
• Operates bailer and makes bail when full.
• Communicates with lead or supervisor when issues arise.
• Assists Maintenance when equipment is down beyond operator scope.
• Follows GMP and safety procedures.
• Fills out documentation as required by management.

SHIFT: 3rd

HOURS: 8:00pm-4:30am. Must be able to work overtime, weekends and holidays.

HOURLY PAY= $24.00 PER HOUR

SUMMARY

Supports production needs by setting up, adjusting, cleaning and operating blow mold equipment. Daily tasks include weight checks, weight adjustments, tooling changes, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Meet daily production goals.

• Assist Maintenance when equipment is down beyond operator scope.
• Follows all Safety Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).
• Fills out proper documentation required by management.
• Other duties may be assigned.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or International Education Equivalent.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
