Job summary

Versiti Blood Center of Michigan is seeking a transportation courier to perform blood product deliveries and related pickups, following safety and regulatory standards.

This role operates Fridays and Saturdays 9 AM to 5 PM, totaling about 16 hours weekly. You will drive Versiti vehicles, ensure timely, accurate deliveries, complete paperwork, and uphold customer service and safety expectations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in courier or transportation roles is preferred.
• Ability to follow routes, schedules, and safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute policies for internal blood product deliveries and returns.
• Perform donor center pickups and supply deliveries as required.
• Ensure safety and regulatory compliance in handling blood products.
• Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections and paperwork accurately.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and professional appearance.
