Qualifications

• Required -High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred -Additional degrees, business training experience and/or certifications may be combined to meet minimum qualifications.
• Required -2 years related experience.
• Must have computer skills and data entry ability.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must be comfortable presenting information publicly.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel between facilities and work a flexible schedule.

Responsibilities

• Successfully recruits blood donors by providing materials, presentations and coordinating drive setup with mobile staff.
• Maintains excellent customer service and a positive environment for donors and staff.
• Delivers motivational presentations and educational activities to encourage participation.
• Organizes post-drive assessments and collects customer surveys.
• Maintains regulatory compliance with AABB, FDA, CAP, JCAHO, OSHA, HCFA standards.
• Adapts communication to diverse patient populations and respects privacy.
• Other duties as required.
