The role emphasizes complex testing, quality control, data interpretation, and collaboration with physicians in a 100% onsite setting with rotating weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or Medical Technology.
• 18 months blood bank experience required.
• Certified by ASCP or other recognized body.
• On-site, full-time employment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze blood, urine, spinal fluid, and tissue for pathogens or disease markers.
• Operate automated analyzers and microscopes.
• Calibrate equipment and run routine controls for validity.
• Review findings and communicate results to physicians.
• Support blood banking, hematology, immunology, and molecular diagnostics tasks.
