Qualifications

• Must hold one of the specified ASCP certifications.
• Less than 1 Year of Experience is acceptable.
• ASCP MLS generalist certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs laboratory tests in compliance with procedures.
• Follows quality control, safety, and infection control procedures.
• Maintains inventory of supplies and performs instrument maintenance.
• Accurately reports test results and communicates effectively.

Skills

Knowledge of laboratory regulations

Statistical and critical thinking abilities
