Qualifications

• Must hold ASCP certification or equivalent with at least 5 years of Blood Bank experience in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee routine lab activities and ensure staffing, staffing schedules and payroll.
• Assist with hiring, training, evaluations, and payroll.
• Support development of lab policies and ensure regulatory compliance.
