Kinexys is seeking an Associate on the Kinexys Execution team to help translate strategic priorities into executable plans and tangible outcomes. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders to drive execution, strengthen operations, and deliver high-visibility materials for senior management.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Experience in strategy execution, business management, program/project management, or operating model/process improvement roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and present clear insights.
• Ability to work collaboratively yet independently with minimal guidance.
• Ability to build trust with cross-functional partners and interact with senior stakeholders.
• Curiosity about digital assets, blockchain, and fintech.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
