Job summary

Framework Ventures is seeking a Blockchain Security Specialist to join our Cybersecurity team. Responsibilities include auditing smart contracts, securing blockchain solutions, and collaborating with developers and auditors across lifecycle stages.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of blockchain security experience, strong cryptography knowledge, and proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and cross-chain concepts. You will work with multiple teams to enforce security best practices and monitor evolving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in blockchain and smart contract security.
• Strong understanding of the principal blockchains, both EVM and non-EVM.
• Proficiency in Solidity, Rust, and FunC/Tolk.
• Strong experience with token standards and ecosystems.
• Deep knowledge of cross-chain operations and Layer 2 solutions.
• Practical and theoretical knowledge of cryptography standards.
• Experience executing code reviews manually and with automated tools.
• Understanding threat modeling, attack surface analysis and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Conduct security audits on smart contracts and blockchain solutions.
• Identify on-chain vulnerabilities and exploits.
• Collaborate with development teams to implement security best practices.
• Research and monitor new threats, attack vectors and vulnerabilities on blockchain technologies.
• Develop and implement security frameworks for detecting threats and vulnerabilities.
• Collaborate with external security auditors to identify and address security issues.
• Contribute to the internal knowledge base and train development teams on blockchain security principles.
