Qualifications

• 6+ years of backend development experience in modern languages (Go, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript).
• 4+ years of hands-on blockchain development experience preferred.
• Understanding of security best practices for smart contracts and blockchain systems.
• Excellent technical communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Research and prototype new blockchain features including Layer 2 solutions and DeFi protocols.
• Design and implement secure, scalable blockchain solutions.
• Establish partnerships with blockchain foundations and customers.
• Mentor and guide other engineers on blockchain technologies.

Skills

Backend development experience in modern languages

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge of consensus mechanisms

Understanding of microservices architecture

Experience working in cross-functional teams

Strong problem-solving skills

Previous experience in the blockchain ecosystem
