Job summary

Talantir is seeking a Blockchain Engineer to design and implement core protocol infrastructure for next-generation networks. You will contribute to Layer 1/2 development, improve consensus, and strengthen cryptographic security across distributed systems.

Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will evaluate frameworks like Substrate, Cosmos SDK, and Tendermint, turning complex cryptographic ideas into scalable infrastructure in a flexible remote/hybrid/on-site setting.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Rust, Go, or C++ as core languages.
• Deep understanding of consensus algorithms (PoS, PoW, DAGs).
• Experience with cryptographic techniques (zero-knowledge proofs, ECC).
