Job summary

Responsibilities

• Acts as the main office receptionist for the Pensacola Office.
• Provides intake services and assists with case management activities as directed by Health Consultant B – SES.
• Prepares correspondence and other documents as directed.
• Enters data into the AWARE system, including processing of purchasing orders and invoices for client services.
• Provides clerical support to professional staff, including travel arrangements and fleet duties as needed.
• Maintains client files as directed.
