Job summary

Calumet, Inc. is seeking a Blending Team Member in Louisiana to prepare blends per lab formulations. The role emphasizes accuracy in inventory and adherence to safety standards. You will coordinate with maintenance and maintain a clean warehouse while supporting strategic directions.

The position requires at least six months in blending/packaging, basic math and computer skills, and the ability to work any shift. SAP experience is preferred and physical lifting up to 50 lbs is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months experience in a blending/packaging role.
• Basic computer literacy and basic math skills.
• Must be able to work any shift and pass pre-employment assessment.
• Ability to perform essential functions including lifting up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute the blend or bulk fluids schedule efficiently as directed.
• Prepare blends according to lab formulations and procedures.
• Maintain accuracy of base oil and additive inventory.
• Count and reconcile inventory regularly.
• Coordinate with maintenance to allocate time for maintenance/repairs.
• Keep warehouse clean and safe at all times.
• Adhere to safety standards and wear PPE.
• Initiate corrective and preventative actions as needed.
• Support the strategic and operational direction of the business.
• Handle additional duties as assigned.
