Job summary

Gold Eagle Company is seeking a production operator to execute daily blending tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. You will operate tanks, pumps, filters, and scales to convert raw materials into finished blends in accordance with schedules.

You will verify weights, document batch events, prepare mixers, and maintain clean, safe work areas while supporting QA with in-process testing and proper labeling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Production experience a plus.
• Forklift experience required. New certification provided by LSI.

Responsibilities

• Operate tanks that mix various materials.
• Utilize pumps, filters, and scales throughout blending.
• Verify weight and contents of raw materials; document batch events.
• Prepare mixer by setting controls, weighing, and loading materials.
• Mix and monitor the blending process; adjust as needed.
• Complete labels and blend information sheets.
• Perform QA batch tests and take samples for approval.
• Manage raw materials inventory and notify when depleted.
• Clean equipment for next batch; maintain safety and procedures.
• Adhere to PPE requirements and safe handling practices.
• Shut down equipment during emergencies as directed.
• Other duties as assigned.
