Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to multi-task under limited supervision.
• Experience in compounding/blending manufacturing environment (2+ years).
• Experience in manufacturing environment (5+ years).
• Forklift certification.
• Reading and writing in English.

Responsibilities

• Hook up production lines in the pit to the correct tank per the work order.
• Fill out all paperwork completely and accurately.
• Report spills or leaks that could cause an accident or environmental impact.
• Load/Unload bulk shipments via railcar and truck.
• Gauge tanks and monitor levels.
• Direct daily operations when the supervisor is absent.
• Troubleshoot pumps, inline blender, and pneumatic lines.
