Minerals Technologies Inc. is seeking an Operator in Neenah, Wisconsin. The role involves unloading raw materials, operating blending processes, and supporting production while maintaining safety and quality.

Training begins on the 1st shift with a move to the 3rd shift, and includes 5S housekeeping and equipment operation such as trackmobiles and forklifts. The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to standard work, and continuous improvement in a heavy industrial setting with rotating shifts

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of manufacturing machine operation experience.
• Strong commitment to safety for yourself and others.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Receive and unload railcars of raw materials on designated tracks.
• Operate Trackmobile, Forklift, Front-end loader and Skid steer.
• Transfer materials into storage tanks and monitor inventories.
• Maintain rail area cleanliness per 5S practices and complete inspections.
• Lead blending activities to produce customer-specified formulations.
• Coordinate with dispatch and carriers for inbound/outbound shipments.
• Perform housekeeping, maintenance support, and clerical tasks.
