Job summary

Chromalloy is seeking a Production Operator to support the processing and repair of critical aerospace components. This hands-on role requires operating coating furnaces, brazing equipment, and other production tools while following work instructions to ensure quality and regulatory compliance.

You will prepare materials, load and unload parts, perform quality checks, and contribute to a clean, safe, and efficient manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read, understand, and follow work instructions, specifications, and safety procedures in English.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment including coating furnaces, vacuum furnaces, grit/sandblast equipment, blenders, masking stations, and brazing equipment.
• Prepare, mix, and handle materials in accordance with work instructions and specifications.
• Load and unload parts, components, and materials throughout the manufacturing process.
• Inspect products and components to ensure quality standards and customer requirements are met.
• Follow documented manufacturing processes, work instructions, and safety procedures.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and support functions to ensure efficient production flow.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed.

Shift: Monday-Friday 6:30 am- 3:00 pm

Shift Differential: $2

Nice to Have

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

This position is performed in a manufacturing environment and may involve exposure to industrial equipment, heat-generating processes, noise, and airborne particulates. Personal protective equipment (PPE) is required and provided. Employees must be able to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and safely lift and move materials as needed
