Job summary

ASM Research in Nashville is seeking a Training Specialist, Mid to design and deliver end‑to‑end training programs for users, support staff, and managers. Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in education, training, HR, IT or related field.
  • 4–7 years of experience in technical training, instructional design, or training and development.
  • Proficiency with instructional design methodologies and adult‑learning principles.
  • Experience designing, developing, and delivering training for technical systems or complex processes.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Perform training needs analyses and define role‑based objectives for diverse user groups.
  • Design blended training solutions including classroom, virtual, e‑learning, simulations, and job aids.
  • Translate complex concepts into clear examples, scenarios, and case studies aligned to real use cases.
  • Create reusable templates, storyboards, and content standards for consistency.
  • Configure and use LMS to manage curricula, enrollments, and tracking; produce metrics.
  • Facilitate training events (in‑person and virtual) and adjust delivery based on feedback.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and implement content and delivery improvements.
  • Partner with product owners, system admins, and project teams to stay aligned with releases.
  • Support change management activities with training schedules and communications.
