You will write prompts, evaluate model responses, and craft the reference answer with detailed technical reasoning. This is a writing-intensive role requiring clear rationales and sustained focus on misuse scenarios in the domain.

Qualifications

• Licensed practitioner background in blasting or handling specialty materials.
• Ability to write clear, defensible rationales for technical judgments.
• Experience in evaluating misuse scenarios and staying within regulatory boundaries.
• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Write challenging single-turn prompts across benign, dual-use, and adversarial levels.
• Evaluate model responses against policy standards and document judgments.
• Write reference answers with technical reasoning.
• Provide a concise rationale that non-specialists can follow.
