Role Description

We are seeking a candidate to work in our steel prep area on 1st shift.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and overhead cranes
• Operate wheelabrator blaster with minimal guidance
• Perform daily media checks for contamination
• Operate dip line
• Ensure SP 6 profile on every shim
• Keep tags on all WIP
• Maintain a clean work area
• Wear respirator if necessary
• Perform general warehouse duties: wrapping, banding, cleaning, organizing
• Prepare products for shipment
• Load and unload trucks

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Forklift experience
• Manufacturing experience

Physical Requirements

• Lift at least 50 lbs regularly
• Manual pushing and pulling of materials
• Stand for up to 8 hours
• Work in a dirty environment and extreme temperatures
