Job summary

Precision Blasting LLC., a division of MD&B, is seeking an experienced Drill Operator to perform construction or quarry drilling safely and efficiently while following the project plan. You will contribute to production goals, maintain equipment, and adhere to safety policies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hydraulic equipment operating experience.
• Valid Driver's License with own reliable transportation.
• One year experience in construction industry is preferred.
• Experience with construction laborer duties is beneficial.
• Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen; background screening for ATF required.

Responsibilities

• Safely perform all construction or quarry drilling activity per job program to achieve production goals.
• Follow Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Perform daily maintenance for safe, efficient operation of equipment.
• Understand drill patterns and execute layout as established by the Blaster Foreman.
• Maximize usage of drill supplies and inventory accessories; monitor cost.
