Qualifications

EURO-COMPOSITES® Corporation, located in Culpeper, Virginia, is one of the global leading manufacturers of lightweight composite products based on honeycomb core. Our product range includes various types of honeycomb, panels, formed and milled parts, and drop-in components for a wide range of industries—especially the aeronautical industry.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Blanks Operator plays a critical role in producing high-quality blanks that serve as the foundation for aerospace components. This position is responsible for operating cutting machinery, maintaining consistent quality, following safety protocols, and contributing to production goals.

Salary Information:

• Hourly, non-exempt
• Starting rate $18.00/hr commensurate with experience

Schedule:

• 1st Shift - 6AM to 2PM
• 2nd Shift - 2PM to 10PM
• 3rd Shift - 10PM to 6AM (Sunday-Thursday)

Essential Functions

• Operate advanced cutting machinery to produce blanks from raw materials
• Ensure precision and accuracy in cuts to meet required specifications

• Inspect blanks and materials to ensure they meet stringent quality expectations
• Collaborate with production team members to achieve daily and weekly output goals
• Maintain equipment and keep work areas clean and organized
