In this role, you will perform various tasks including loading segments for grinding, maintaining equipment, and ensuring quality control. Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 20 lbs.
• Standing/walking on concrete floors for full shifts.
• Exposure to powdered metal dust and sharp edges.

Responsibilities

• Load and machine segments for radius grinding.
• Prep and clean cores via washing, sandblasting, and polishing.
• Assist with fixture loading on manual lasers.
• Handle materials and move blades between workstations.
• Load, sharpen, mark, and mask blades for finishing.
• Hang and remove blades from the paint line.
• Follow company policies and safety regulations.
