Job summary

SealPros Asphalt Paving & Maintenance is hiring a Blade Operator to support our Grading team in a full-time role. An incentive bonus is available in addition to base pay, and employee benefits are provided at no cost, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, with off-season protection.

This is a full-time opportunity for high performers. The Blade Operator will read grade stakes and plans, operate blade and other heavy equipment, and assist with site preparation and vehicle operations

Qualifications

• Experience operating blade and heavy equipment.
• Ability to read and understand construction and grading plans.
• Dependable, hardworking with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Blade and other heavy equipment to meet project standards.
• Read grade stakes, plans, and elevations to achieve slopes and contours.
• Assist in site preparation tasks such as hauling, backfilling, compacting, and cleaning.
• Assist with commercial vehicle operation as required.
• Adhere to company policies, safety guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform daily jobsite and equipment cleaning.
• Maintain accurate timecards and paperwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
