Job summary

ENVISION ENERGY USA LTD. seeks a Digital Engineering & AI Specialist to architect digital tools and AI systems transforming blade design workflows. You will tackle engineering problems, automate simulations, and reduce manual variability in manufacturing and analysis.

Lead the creation of surrogate models, physics‑informed methods, and agentic AI workflows while ensuring outputs are auditable and technically sound within wind energy contexts. This is a hybrid role based in Boulder, CO.

Qualifications

• MS or PhD in Mechanical, Aerospace, Civil, or Structural Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years combining engineering practice with software or digital tool development.
• Hands‑on experience automating engineering toolchains and workflows.
• Proficiency in Python and MATLAB for automation and data processing.
• Experience building AI/ML models for engineering applications with validation against data.

Responsibilities

• Identify and build digital tools to automate blade design, analysis, and field data workflows.
• Develop internal engineering platforms, APIs, and scripting infrastructure integrating with FEA/CAD environments.
• Create automation pipelines linking simulation outputs with manufacturing and field data into knowledge bases.
• Collaborate with design, analysis, and reliability engineers to address real workflow friction.
