Job summary

Manufacturing Maintenance Solutions is seeking a Site Supervisor for Blacksmith Operations on 1st shift in East Peoria, IL. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, coordinate daily work, and uphold safety, quality, and productivity standards.

The role requires 3–5+ years in industrial maintenance with prior supervisory experience and CAD/design exposure; familiarity with CMMS and metalworking knowledge is a plus. Competitive pay and a stable environment are offered.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of industrial maintenance or manufacturing experience
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• 1-3+ years of CAD/Design experience
• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Commitment to safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Experience with CMMS or maintenance software is a plus
• Blacksmith, fabrication, metalworking, and welding experience preferred
• Knowledge of forging operations, fabrication, metal forming, and welding processes is highly desirable
• knowledge/ use of CAD software in the design of lifting devices

Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM
