Hollywood Casino St. Louis is hosting a Dealer School event for aspiring Blackjack Dealers. Training pays $15.00 per hour during the program with pathways to full-time or part-time dealer roles. Opportunities include two weeks of blackjack training, auditions, and progression to casino floor positions.

Positions require being 21+, passing a math test, and strong customer service with excellent English communication. Competitive benefits and flexible schedules are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 or older and eligible for a valid gaming license.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus.
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsabilités

• Attend two weeks of Blackjack School and audition to qualify for casino floor placement.
• Begin dealing shifts as a Part-Time Dealer or progress in a Dual Rate path as a Dealer/Supervisor.
• Understand table game rules, procedures, and ensure fair play and security.
