Job summary

Google is seeking a strategic BizOps leader to own problem definition and run analyses across product areas, communicating recommendations to executives and building consensus for execution. You will work with cross-functional teams and product leaders to shape strategic initiatives and operationalize recommendations.

The role focuses on driving strategic, operational, and organizational improvements within Google's BizOps group, influencing how the company goes-to-market with AI and shaping

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in management consulting or other equivalent business strategy experience.
• 3 years of experience at a management consulting firm.
• Experience in strategy or in a business operations environment.
• Experience working on complex operational and strategic initiatives.
• Experience in tech, media, a telecom company, or education in STEM.
• Excellent problem-solving, modeling, and presentation skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex and ambiguous business issues for Google executive team.
• Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly and problem solve effectively.
• Develop compelling and insightful recommendations.
• Build consensus among cross-functional teams and influence decision-making within leadership audiences.
• Work with product managers, leadership, and functions to operationalize recommendations.
