Job summary

EFitz Logistics is seeking a Regional Class A Driver to safely operate a tractor-trailer and ensure timely deliveries across the region. You will report to the Logistics Manager and apply your truck operation skills, including handling manuals and refrigerated trailers, while upholding high safety standards.

The role emphasizes driving efficiency, log accuracy, and collaborative coordination with dispatch to maintain service quality for customers.

Qualifications

• 4 months of verifiable tractor-trailer experience in the last 3 years.
• Valid CDL A license.
• 21 Years of Age.
• Must live in Alabama.
• No SAP drivers.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Class A tractor-trailer to transport goods safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate logs of driving hours and vehicle inspections.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while on the road.
• Participate in employee orientation and training programs as required.

Job Details

• Average Weekly Pay : $1,300-$1,400 per week.
• Home time : Out 10-14 days, home 2 full days. ****
• Average Miles per week : 2,300 miles per week.
• Running area : Majority of freight is East of i-35. No force dispatch to NYC or its five boroughs.
• Type of Trucks : Freightliner Cascadias or Kenworths trucks from model years 2021 to 2024.
• Freight type : Drop and Hook.
• Automatic trucks.
