Job summary

Courtyard West Palm Beach is hiring a friendly Bistro Server to welcome guests, offer informed menu knowledge, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced setting.

You will work with a team to prepare the food for same-day and upcoming days, set up the Bistro for AM/PM shifts, and ensure cleanliness and safety in both the Bistro and kitchen. Prior bartending experience is a plus, and excellent communication is essential.

Qualifications

• Standing for long periods of time and maintaining professional appearance.
• Friendly, engaging demeanor with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to handle cash and payment methods in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with genuine care and provide attentive service.
• Deliver food and drinks and keep Bistro and kitchen clean and organized.
• Set up Bistro for shifts and coordinate with the manager on orders/inventory.
• Process payments and follow cash handling policies.
• Maintain liquor law compliance and diffusing difficult situations when needed.
