Serve food and/or beverage to guests in a courteous and friendly manner, following established brand/hotel guest service and sustainability standards.

Your Growth Path

Banquet Server/Captain; Restaurant Supervisor – Restaurant Manager – Banquet Manager

Your Responsibilities

• Set up supplies, food, and beverages at the start of each shift and maintain a stocked work area.
• Take customer orders, input orders, process payments, and provide change.
• Communicate special requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and requests to the kitchen.
• Prepare food, coffee, and beverages, including alcohol, as needed.
• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning and chopping.
• Assist with bartending and bussing during staff shortages or peak times.
• Count the cash at the end of the shift, complete cashier reports, resolve discrepancies, and secure the bank.
• Clean equipment and work areas, ensuring safety and security.
• Follow state, federal, and corporate policies regarding alcohol service.
• Adhere to sustainability practices related to HHM’s EarthView program.
• Practice safe work habits, wear protective gear, and comply with MSDS and OSHA standards.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and perform other duties as assigned.

Your Background and Skills

• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience or training in food and beverage service required.

Work Environment and Conditions

• Variable work schedule, including holidays and weekends.
• Requires standing, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching.
