Job summary

Huckleberry's Natural Market in Spokane is seeking a Bistro Associate to craft sandwiches, salads and other deli offerings with care, ensuring guests enjoy memorable meals.

You will set up the prep station, stock supplies, cook menu items with the team, and refresh displays to showcase new items and promotions.

We value experience, a passion for customer service, and the ability to communicate clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the preparation station and the kitchen are set up and stocked.
• Preparing simple components of each dish on the menu.
• Cooking menu items with the support of other team members.
• Update displays, cases and other customer-facing areas to ensure new items and promotions are showcased.
• Ensure work areas are ready to service customers by cleaning surfaces, equipment and floors, and removing trash.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures established by the company and other regulatory agencies.
• Cooperate with others to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Perform other duties to ensure the overall success of our company.
